Remodeling: A Labor of Love

Craftsmanship is defined as the practice of a trade or craft with high skill or dexterity. CotY Award winners exemplify the pride, creativity and hard work that NARI members put into their craft.

The same way a successful remodeling project is judged by meeting the needs set forth by the client, so, too, is a CotY Award. Entrants must spell out what their customer wanted each particular project to accomplish as well as demonstrate-through descriptions and images-how they addressed these needs and wants.

The CotY Awards are accolades presented annually by NARI to recognize excellence of its members' remodeling projects in 27 categories, including kitchens, baths, additions, commercial and specialty renovations. The awards honor not only superior craftsmanship but pay tribute to the winners' dedication to exceeding client expectations and creative problem solving.
