PEKEL CONSTRUCTION & REMODELING is an award winning residential design/build/remodeler located in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Established in 1995, PEKEL is recognized and regarded locally and nationally as an authority in historic restoration/renovation remodeling. Although old homes are our forte’, we remodel and restore homes of all ages, utilizing our unique experience and expertise to make each remodeling project something of beauty, function, and importance for those that reside there today and for future generations.
Employing exclusively our own in-house carpentry craftsman and designers, PEKEL’s clients enjoy a level of professionalism, creativity, and craftsmanship that is much sought after for their discerning life styles. Our creativity does not just begin nor does it end at the drafting table; working closely with our clients in finding the right balance of cost and value is just another hallmark of our innovative capabilities.
Pekel Construction & Remodeling takes tremendous pride in its people and their commitment to the craft. In addition to our own carpenters and designers, PEKEL boasts a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, (CAPS), Certified Construction Professional, (CCP), and NARI Certified Remodeler as well as Certified Lead Safe Renovators on its staff. Pekel Construction is also an EPA Certified Lead Safe Company and a Remodeling Magazine’s National Big 50 Company.
